Introduction
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for reading, your time means a lot to us.
Before I go into detail about the way we handle Machinima I want to add the official summary of Fireteam Pegasus that we currently have on the company page, I feel that it is important that you get a sense of what we believe in before I tell you about the Machinima projects we want you to be a part of and help evolve over time.
I mainly made this post to see how much interest a Spartan Company like this would attract, but those who are dedicated and interested enough to submit a join request will receive an interview with me to see if this really is the best place for you.
Message to you
Fireteam Pegasus is a multipurpose company that believes in both creating and maintaining a fun and competitive environment for its members and the opponents we fight on Halos virtual battlefields, from the struggles of the campaigns to the heart pounding engagements in Multiplayer and Customs, members of Fireteam Pegasus will never truly be alone and you will always have a friendly and protective team to stand by you no matter the odds.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a casual or a competitive Spartan because your preferences will always be taken into account, need help in the campaign, want to play amazing customs, need help forging a map or reach a certain level in the MP Fireteam Pegasus will always have your back.
The lieutenants of the company are involved in the production of multiple Machinima projects which any company member will be allowed to contribute to if they so wish as long as they follow the instructions of the Machinima directors. Company members are also allowed to submit there own Machinima ideas as well, successful ideas will be placed on the company’s official YouTube channel and those involved in every stage of creating the project will be credited.
As a member you are not just a number filling an empty space or a gun for hire being used for commendations Fireteam Pegasus in many ways is a small community that trust each other and enjoy playing together and as a member you will be not only a teammate on the battlefield but a voice whose opinions and suggestions will be heard.
Fireteam Pegasus doesn’t tolerate tactics that resort to extreme farming as we believe that not only does that spoil the experience for everyone involved but also removes all the competitive and casual fun away from the game which in the end is why we all play, to have fun.

Your Ideas Your Machinimas Brought To Life
The lieutenants of the company already have a list of Machinima projects and a main series planned but a goal for the company once we reach large amount of members is to produce the Machinimas you want to make as well, we don’t want you to feel burdened with someone else’s creation but we do want you to treat every project as your own.
At the moment this is only a dream but as we grow and our skills and trust in each other grow I am confident that the story’s we tell and the characters and worlds we create will not only bring joy to the community but also inspire as well.
Possible Positions (At the moment these roles are held by the lieutenants but will be given out to dedicated and talented members)

Age: Older people are preferred but as long as you are a mature and Hardworking Spartan you will be given a chance - Gender: All genders are welcome and will be considered as equals - Level and skill: Same as Age, the idea is that we all grow as people whilst doing this and have fun at the same time - All participants would have to join the Spartan Company to make updates and communication easierEnding Statement
Before you make your mind up on joining us on this hopefully wonderful adventure I want to be honest with you, at the moment we only have 5 members so production of Machinimas, Map showcases and let plays will be slow at first.
But with your help I know we can grow, form friendships, a working team and make the stories of all our dreams come true.
Every word stated above is a dream but we all want to make this dream a reality and I know we can because we are dedicated and we do care, these dreamful words are also an important commitment made by everyone on the team.
