Fireteam has changed, returning to main menu.

As the title says, 4 times as I’ve been about to be put in a game (after loading screen)
it has come up with that message and booted me to menu screen and banned me twice.
I haven’t played for a few weeks and when I finally get time its screwing me over.
Seriously WTF??
