Fireteam and Party Chat

Hey Everyone. Newb to Xbox One and Halo 5, I can’t seem to reliably get a fireteam of my friend list going easily, so that we can all chat together. Is there some special process that needs to happen? We keep having friends booted from the party and or nobody can hear each other in game. I’m sure it’s something simple, I’m just not used to the new xbox one interface etc. Also when a person is invited to a fireteam or party, how does that person respond to the invite? haha newb status sorry…

If you have any voice chat open atm you are with a fireteam, look in that app (example: party app) for the option to switch go game chat.

Yeah I’ve been trying all those options to no avail…not sure what I’m supposed to do because it was working with one of my friends but not the others…
