Hello, Spartans. I am Sygma, the head council member of Fireteam Achlys. I, personally, have been playing Halo since around 2003. I am here to recruit for Fireteam Achlys, obviously.
First of all, we will set a few things straight.
We are not a WNA (We Need Achilles) Group. We are not going to toil over getting commendations just to get some armour set that doesn’t exactly look the greatest and pretty much says, “Hey, I toiled over a game I once loved for ages.” If you want to join one such group, start scrolling through those company pages.
We are not a clan, of the raiding sense. We do not have any ranks or units. We play to improve others and play as a team. I’d say that the best description of us is that we are a community of teams, all working towards the goal of getting better.
Okay. Now that we have all that out of the way, to dwindle down the numbers of people to only those dedicated to joining, let’s get started.
Fireteam Achlys is a Spartan Company for teams and individuals alike to help each other get better and achieve their peak performance. We do not mind what CSR you have, that is irrelevant to us and should not keep you from joining. We are unique in the way that if you need help with something, we most likely can help.
We are not run by a single leader in a dictatorship fashion. Regardless of what for this comes in, this is the state of all clans. We are run by a legislative body, to ensure that any decisions that are made will be unanimous and with purpose. Changes do not pass without a unanimous decision, if one person disagrees, said person is to state their case. A lot of people will need to prove themselves worthy of this attainment. Only trustworthy people will be put on the council.
This council system is appealing and all, but the question most people want answered is, ‘what will I get out of your company?’ Well, there are a few things you can get from us. We have a few people that are what I’d say are experts in a single field. If you are willing to put in the time, these people can help you get better. You can also just use this as a grounds to find new people, teams and let’s not forget about the painstaking task of forming teams. We are here, for all groups, big and small, to help everyone.
We are currently in our 2nd Era, the Limpidus Era. We were previously military, then I took the reigns as the leader no-longer saw himself fit to lead. This change was inevitable, he was going to be impeached regardless, due to his actions in the past week. If you have not heard of what happened, you do not need to, it was simply the fuel for the impeachment in my eyes.
