Firefight’s cool and all, but I wish you could choose only one specific faction to attack you. I especially would’ve liked the ability to choose exclusively Flood. Maybe we could get an update? It shouldn’t be too big a thing to add…
Since the Flood have the best “interaction”(in regards to infection and all) with defending units, and the Flood’s exclusively in Awakening The Nightmare and one-or-two rounds of Firefight, the player doesn’t get much room to experience the Flood in a more sandbox experience where their mechanics can shine.

The more options, the better, too.
There should be no argument against this. When fighting in a skirmish, you can choose what enemy/enemies you want to fight, and it can be the same here too. This reminds me of the situation of not being able to vote for what map you want to play on in the latest FPS games.

Which is why we should definitely try to be vocal about this. It’s not a super hard addition, with the only deterrent being the fact they have to pay Microsoft each time they update the game.

Although I would like this feature, I wouldn’t fight too hard to get it, I understand if 343i wouldn’t be up to even more updates.

That’s a good thing actually! A great idea for the edit menu!
I’d always use random cause I love random, but an Exclusively Flood Firefight would be absolutely fantastic!
