No. This game shouldn’t be an easy walk-through PvE gamemode. They have that, its called Campaign and you literally get to chose how hard you want it. Sorry to hear you think its more frustrating than fun, im the opposite.
It should be winnable by a team of really good players using loadout weapons only. If it absolutely requires high level reqs it will die. I’d rather use the best stuff against other players, not AI. It’s more rewarding. Plus what if you are out of banshee ultra’s or out of tanks? Sounds like it’s the AI version of warzone turbo. Use your best reqs or lose.
I’m so -Yoinking!- livid with this Firefight, death after death after death it’s infuriating. I don’t care about the damage they do, it’s understandable that the A.I. should do more damage than you. But the ONE THING I abso–Yoinking!–lutely hate about Firefight is the -Yoink!- player spawn times. 20 DAMN SECONDS? SERIOUSLY? That’s a bunch of wasted time I could have hunting down bosses or killing mobs, BUT NOOOOOO I have to sit on my -Yoink- for 20 seconds (sometimes even 25) to wait to respawn. It’s absolutely ridiculous, it gives you an idea to NOT run out into the fray and kill as many mobs as you can before dying in a blaze of glory. The mythic bosses are super -Yoinking!- annoying especially Warden Eternal, not only are there 4 Promethean knights guarding the area that are legendary, but a 4 snipers in the background killing anyone they spot in a second. And to double that you have to shoot some dumb energy orbs to bring down both of them. Now the orbs aren’t really a problem, in fact, they can be quite useful if you don’t want to kill the Wardens and the Knights at the same time, but it is an unnecessary middle-man that gets in the way sometimes. In short, Firefight is too hard, the respawn time, stacked with the ridiculous mythic bosses, and damage boost (which isn’t really a problem but causes another problem) creates a un-fun and frustrating experience in Warzone that needs to be fixed.
Edit: Btw, I like how everytime I swear in here it says Yoinking!, which just makes me chuckle a bit inside.

Defend objectives such as Spire or Garage have promethean Knights soldiers and crawlers spawning in the objective, its ludicrous they should spawn outside and try to sieze it not spawn literally right next to me a few feet away.
Bosses are in bs areas like home base near core so vehicles cannot access the bosses properly to kill.
On top of that I feel 343 just added 1 more boss on every objective to make it harder seeing as it was too easy before. This seems like the short way to fix in my opinion as there is simply not enough time even with the best weapons at times to kill all these bosses.
Whats worse is you spend so much points on REQS and have to waste them even though atm you will probs reach round 4 before losing. And cheap deaths are a plentiful in this.
Despite my negativity I love the mode, they really have made it feel strategic and team based for the way the enemies attack you etc but seriously taking the mic in some instances like enemy aim being 100% spot on.
Reading through the comments, and all I have to say is this: Enough with the name-calling. Just because other people struggle, doesn’t mean they deserve to be insulted. Can we have at least ONE thread in these forums where people aren’t attacking those who are not as skilled as themselves? I’m quite fed up with some of the attitudes around here. It’s not constructive.

Because the Campaign pays SO many req points.
But I will grant that Warzone firefight is relaxing…as long as I am 100 meters high in a Hawk or sitting in a Scorpion tank with 7 other heavy vehicles backing me up.
I feel like those 30 second spawns REALLY mess me up and the places where you spawn at! I had to kill jackals so I used a ghost ultra but it spawned me on the other side of the map and I couldn’t get any kills. I feel like if the spawn times where reversed, you’d have kinda the same challenge. Trying not to die by easy guys and able to come back multiple times to kill the harder bosses. The enemies hit like a truck if the spawn by you or if you get surrounded but I think they are ok.
A suggestion would be that you get to keep some REQS aftee you die and you can refill ammo at stations. So its still a disposable REQ card as you cant use it after the match but during you can use it to max fulfillment as many of us feel cheated and annoyed you have to keep endlessly putting in amazing REQS and atm wins are very rare
THIS SUGGESTION WILL KEEP DIFFICULTY THE SAME FOR PLAYERW WHO LIKE IT AND GIVE A BOOST TO PLAYERS WHO FEEL HARD DONE BYE !!

That’s pay 2 win though isn’t it? I mean if the mode REQUIRES vehicles to win, a SR146 like me has a huge advantage over a SR40 player. If you can’t win with loadouts it just isn’t gonna work very long. Sure I have plenty of reqs but I’m not going to boot up FF if I know I’m looking at using tons of reqs to win. I can win any other mode with a little skill and a lot of luck.
Glad to hear. It needs to be difficult. In time we will find techniques, little tricks and team take downs. … it’s too early to hear that people beat it out got real far. I would have been disappointed to hear anything other than it’s difficult lol

It is not that hard. If you played ODST firefight, you will realize this is ten times easier. People just need to use their REQs, talk to one another so use your mics people, also with the bosses I notices people will spread out and attack whatever boss they want, they don’t go after the same one. In order to kill the bosses at round 4 and 5 you need to go after one boss at a time. Focus all fire on one, that is the way to do it. Also firefight is a team effort no a lone wolf deal.
