Is there an issue with the voices on Firefight? All JOHN does is Laugh when he hits a head shot. And it’s a stupid EVIL laugh. Something JOHN would never do.
I don’t get the voice clips like “Oh I Can Stick It” or " Time To Give The Covenant Back Thier Bombs"
Please fix this. This isn’t the first time this has happened. About a month ago I noticed it. Then it was OK for about 2 weeks. Now it’s back to the SOS
The Firefight voices trigger randomly when doing random events in-game.
There is no issue here 
That’s just it. I’m not getting anything but “Hee Hee Hee” Throughout the entire Firefight game. This has never happened but in the past month or 2 months

Just a stroke of bad luck I guess, just to clarify, you have got a hard drive plugged in to your Xbox, correct?
250g. It’s like this in every game I play. I even unplugged my router for 15 min to see if that would help NAT wise

Your NAT has no effect on your firefight voice and what it does.

I however don’t believe that it’s “A Spot Of Bad Luck”. This has never happened before. You had mentioned triggers in the game. My thought is that it would be in the triggers not functioning correctly.
How can the Firefight voice go from functionig perfectly to just “Hee Hee Hee” be considered a spot of bad luck.
I’m not that savy when it comes to computers. All I know how to do is load the game in the drawer. But I do know when something isn’t working right.
Maybe I need to correct myself. This is happening in Score Attack. Does that make a difference?
I will ask some of my frends to play score attack and see what happens.

Gametypes don’t matter and don’t stop or improve the chances of your Firefight voice choice actually triggering in-game.
You could try switching to another voice, see if that character talks more, by default, Chief doesn’t talk much anyways.
For some real fun go and stand your player in front of another player and listen to the conversation they have.
