So this weekend it is going to be the firefight playlist for the super jackpot. Anybody remember what happened last time firefight got the super jackpot treatment? nothing but firefight limited. Don’t get me wrong I love limited but during those three days when it had the jackpot people who didn’t frequent firefight hopped in, voted for limited and killed themselves until all spare lives were gone so that games would only last 3 or 4 minutes to maximize the chance of getting a jackpot.
Last week it was grifball. I played a dozen games, had a lot of laughs, made a few new friends and didn’t get a jackpot. That’s okay, making friends is infinitely more valuable than a few more credits. But firefight this weekend is going to see some rough games.
With the removal of heretics from firefight limited - I haven’t played firefight in the past week or two so I can’t remember if we still get limited/leg ltd/gen defense - but if it’s still there firefight enthusiasts who vote for limited out of love of the game - do your best to finish it, don’t let the boosters ruin your game even if they waste all the lives. Find a way to make it to the end of the game.

Nothing you can do about system abusers I’m afraid. They work it to their advantage not realising the amount of credits they could be earning if they actually contributed.
It’s the same with Grifball. If players knew how much they could earn over 16 minutes if they kept at it and scored at the last second, they would be hitting the credit cap(230,000Cr) within 10 games.
Just one of those things that happens and we have to deal with.

The Cap is 200,000 cR.
I’m guessing Score Attack doesn’t count. Would be nice to shoot for the jackpots without worry of AFKs.
