That spartan ops had episodes 11. Now spartan ops episodes 10? it look like episode 11 is missing for halo mcc firefight with spartan ops.

Hmm, not really. I recall Spartan Ops has only 10 episodes videos, just like its campaign episodes
The 11th video OP is referring to is the Season epilogue which is notably absent from the MCC.
