I won my 10 firefight games and did not receive my 5 gold req packs. I’ve hard reset my console as well as checked my unopened req packs on the Halo waypoint site and it shows 0 packs available to open. Anyone else having this issue?
bumping this - Been over a day, logged in, still no 5 gold packs… Would really like to get what was promised from the new game mode please!
I have the same problem. I got the 1 pack from 1 win and the 3 packs from 5 wins but I never got the 5 packs from 10 wins. I would also like to get my promised free packs.
i know its anouing as we spend a long time winning 10 matches
bumping this again, still have not received my 5 packs from my tenth win. Are there any mods on this forum that could at least send a reply stating their working on this issue to comfort us a bit?

Try winning one more. Maybe on the 11th? I don’t think I have had this issue. Honestly wasn’t counting but I have had many many gold packs, much more than 5.

I had gotten quite a few gold packs through the ten wins outside of the event rewards, but those I noticed correlated directly with when I had gotten a legendary takedown, so I’m assuming those were rewards for the takedowns, and it wouldn’t always be a gold pack, sometimes it would be silver packs instead.
Those extra packs were for completing firefight commendations 
I got most of them but still haven’t got the 5 packs from ten wins or 3 from 5 wins and I have had a lot more than ten wins in firefight 
just wanted to follow up, after a long string of losses I finally got my eleventh win in firefight and received my five gold req packs. Don’t know if this was a glitch in the system but at least ira finally resolved.
I never received mine for 10 wins. There’s a x5 reward for completing level 3/5 of the Firefight Victory commendation (9 wins total), which I got, but yeah, no x5 for 10 wins. Unless I got them before then, but 343i never clarified, so who knows.
