Firefight req pack rewards?

I’ve been getting into warzone firefight and I don’t understand how the req pack rewards work.

I’ve just won a game and received 6 gold packs and I have no idea why, and completing a game sometimes gets me 1-2 silver packs.

I will keep playing the mode regardless of the rewards as I find it really fun if a bit unbalanced and I’m curious to how I got these req packs.

Any help understanding this would be great.

You get awarded various packs based on your firefight commendation progress, check it and you can see what packs you’ll get next.
