How can I get the ODSTs from Installation 04 onto my warthog?

Your 'Hog comes with an ODST already on the gun? I usually have to get in the 'Hog and angrily honk at the ODSTs that come with it to get in.

i usually hang around the dropzone and jump on it as soon as it drops before he decides to bugger off haha
