The scout hog is essentially a free req, and is great at splattering tier 1 and tier 2 enemies. A well driven warthog can splatter your way to level 3 reqs by the end of round 1.

Not to mention it can assist you in bypassing long spawn times. If you spawn a scout hog, and then spawn a different scout hog you will spawn immediately, unless it was patched in the hotfix.
It should be noted that any vehicle will work in this system, so if you want a mantis or scorpion and have 7 reqs just spawn a scout hog and then switch it to the better vehicle. You will spawn instantly (also burning 7 req levels and both cards).

i have really been enjoying the scout hogs in round 1. FYI if you get highjacked and you go back and take it back, it counts as a “vehicle skill” medal for commendations

I wish i would have known this when i first started playing H5…
I never used to use warthog reqs so i started selling them, now i see they are a great tool to use for splatters and hiding behind for cover in a pinch…
i wish i could get those back
