I liked the plot of spartan ops but firefight was more fun
What do you guys think is better?
Spartan Ops had a great story, if you truely payed attention to the cutscenes. I think firefight is better though, because you can replay a certain map for hours. When I first got Halo 3:ODST I thought it was pointless at first, but when you go on a roll it gets so intense and fun. I remember panicking everytime I got to the Brute Chieftain wave. SOOO much fun!
I enjoyed spartan ops more than firefight. For me, firefight got repetitive and i barely played it on any of the other halo games. But spartan ops i played for hours and I still play to try and beat it on harder difficulties. Both are fun, but there’s just more to do in spartan ops.
I liked both. Id prefer Spartan ops over FF but would welcome FF back as well too.
To be honest, I don’t remember much of Spartan Ops. I did enjoy it, though probably not as much as firefight.
Thats tuff! Im going to go with SO because it had a story element, however it could have been better fleshed out. I realize a lot of effort went into it already but they got a little repetitive and the objectives could have had more variety. Where were the stealth missions?
I’d prefer Spartan Ops. It added to the story and was like a mini-campaign. Perfect idea. Hope they continue them somehow and improve on the already great replay value! I’d love a variety in missions though… Perhaps some strictly sniping missions?
I prefer Spartan ops more because of the story that went along with it plus it seemed more like a mini mission you go on and I really like bringing your own loadouts into battle
I liked the mini-campaign that Spartan Ops was, but overall I prefer Firefight; Firefight simply had more replay value for me and was more fun in general. Ideally, I’d like to see both SO and FF improved and brought back for Halo 5.
Spartan Ops if I have gold, firefight if I don’t have him
There should be a spartan ops/ firefight combination in halo 5
If they are bringing back spartan ops then they should make it available to play offline with up to two to four players so that i dont have to pa xbox gold to play spartan ops
I completely agree with that.
I enjoy the narrative structure of Spops, but the customization of FF was amazing. Maybe with some diversity, Spops could improve by leaps and bounds.
Like both but I’ll give FF the nod b/c MM / with friends is so much better.

While Firefight was fun and all, Spartan Ops just felt better for me it had a nice mini story good missions and just found it a lot more fun then Firefight.
