I know you may be busy. But can you guys(343i) give Firefight a revamp?
NEP just isn’t cutting it and everything feels… unchanged. Unlimited ammo still makes it easier and just is like Arcade. I haven’t noticed the change you hoped to implement.
Also there is a glitch where some of the enemies on Courtyard just… stand around doing nothing. Hunters need to be more angry, they seem to want you to kill them. They are Hunters - Not old people in a cue waiting to be served.
Slayer is already ruined with TU in every playlist. Don’t make FF boring too.

I played firefight every single day and have yet to see this standing around glitch.?
I have played so much firefight its untrue I have over 580.000 enemies killed on my inheritor profile and 240.000 on this account.
Honestly firefight has gone through enough changes since release, dropships on every wave to no dropships and spawning enemies. 30 minuite game time to 20mn. Not being able to pickup grenades or swap weapons in forced game types like sniper, rocket and fist. Which is just rubbish for those games when your in a lobby of kids who just want to mess about or fiesta fight where to be honest if I spawn with a rubbish weapon I quit or part idle.
Complete waste of time having such useless gametypes in firefight as fist and fiesta.
The new NEP which is an arcade gametype is actually I think made much harder by the spec op elites boss waves and the skirmishers waves which can be deadly with their over powered beam rifles and needle rifles.
I dont mind the new NEP but to be honest why dont you just up your level to make the game harder for you ?
I use a sniper every game and nearly always beat all the other players with way more kills.
Also I have 240.000 kills and 479 deaths so I like to play game after game and not die.
To sum up though firefight limited which is what your talking about being in that it has limited ammo and has limited lives is just annoying with randoms. Most players run in like their He-Man jus to die over and over leaving me the person who doesnt die to try to finish a mythic boss wave with one life and 20 enemies left. Thanks but no thanks. I have played limited with more skilled players and beaten it, I have played generator defence and beaten it but never beaten limited with stupid randoms.
Fiesta fight is the best though! My favs are Fiesta, Plasma, Fist, and Limited. If you spawn with a plasma pistol in fiesta fight then you should run with it and do your best to see how well you can perform while somebody else spawns with rockets, frg and jetpack. There have been games in arcade nep where I cleaned up using the PP. More kills in a match using the plasma pistol while somebody uses rockets, frg and jetpoack is just sad. But it’s true. Mix things up a little when you play.
