As we all know there is no firefight leader boards for halo 5, which is strange considering how popular the playlist is, and not to mention halo wars 2 has leader boards for both terminus and blitz firefight… But anyway back on topic. I would like to hear what other firefighters have accomplished in halo 5 so let’s start our own leaderboard of sorts. Here are some of my personal bests:
Most points in a game: 41,440 (heroic on urban with 104 kills)
Most kills in a game: 221 (heroic on Darkstar with 40,500 points scored)
Most kills in a game without dying: 220 (heroic on temple, killed 156 in a banshee lol)
Most headshots in a game: 72 (legendary escape the arc)
Most damage dealt in a game: 40890 (heroic sanctum with 166 kills)
Most boss kills in 1 game: 16 (heroic urban)
There could also be leader boards for total stats like:
Total matches of FF played: 2728
Total FF kills: 230,389
Total FF headshots: 52,473
Average kills per game: 84
Average Headshots per game: 19
there could also be leader boards for individual weapons and vehicles like:
Most kills using a banshee in one game: 156
Total kills using a BR: 31,560
etc…
also it would be great to know how many 1st place finishes people have. I have probably over 2000 cuz I come in 1st alot but i have no official number since no leaderboard exists.
so please comment below and share what u have accomplished. I know there are people out there who have done 250+ kills in a single game. I could probably beat my personal best of 221 if I played as a ruthless as possible. But I like to spend round 1 racking up pistol headshots and then I like to spend round 2 getting battle rifle headshots. I don’t jump into a ghost the second I hit req 3 or I could probably beat it. When I hit req 3 I assign patrol case and switch to the br (br was my favorite weapon til it got updated but that’s a discussion for a different thread).
I also really enjoy round 1 cuz (other then scout warthogs) the whole team is on foot working together with just there basic loadouts. so here are some of my round one accomplishments:
Most kills in just round 1: 55
Highest req level acquired off just round 1: 5.5
Has anyone ever made it to req 6 off just 1 round?

I know what u mean. Sometimes I have more headshots then the other 7 guys combined. But that’s ok, it’s a playlist meant for halo beginners and low rank players trying to get their silvers and golds done. That’s how I unlocked everything. Plus I prefer it this way, cuz if all 7 guys were good at getting headshots, I wouldn’t get any kills lol
Unfortunately, I don’t really keep track of a lot of those stats, but I just noticed that Waypoint does have some separate stats for Firefight. I’ll post some in a bit once I figure it out.
Just going off of memory, my most kills was in the 170’s and my highest score was in the 41 or 42 thousands. My fastest game was 9:40 playing solo from the beginning on Temple. I only remember that because I took a screenshot of it. All my games are from Heroic.
Edit: So I looked at the Waypoint Firefight stats plus in-game stats and here are a few that I could track. I could get the headshots from the game. I can’t put down total weapon or vehicle stats because WP counts both WZ and FF together. The total kills stat above the all weapons stat is also both of them so you have to count each FF map individually if you played WZ or Assault.
Games: 1,683
Kills: 121,919
Headshots: 21,554
Oh, and I also looked at my win percentages. I have at least a 90% win percentage on every map with the highest being 98.9% except for one and they all have around the same amount of games played on them. Can you guess which one it is? Spoiler, it’s Sanctum with an 82.8% win percentage, lol. That map really needs some adjustments on round 5.

I also have matches under 10 minutes, I wish I had made a mental note of my fastest match. See, this is why we need leader boards for total kills, points and fastest times for each individual map.
My win % on temple and prospect are both 99% cuz those 2 maps weren’t released until the heroic FF playlist was created. More then half my matches were played in The original FF playlist which was on legendary. So my win percentages on the other 6 maps aren’t as good, let’s just say not 99% lol. When FF first came out, i was new to halo 5 so I didn’t have anything unlocked and I didn’t know where to go or what to do (neither did the rest of the world). I remember getting some stupid losses. Like I remember losing during round 1 on raid on apex 7 cuz we needed to kill 100 crawlers and no one knew where the crawlers were. We dropped out of the pelicans and ran into red homebase to find no crawlers. Then the whole team ran over to red armory to find no crawlers. We lost cuz the crawlers were hiding on the beach to the right of the red homebase and no one knew it, the game gave no indication of where the crawlers were lol. So many avoidable loses cuz FF was so new and no one knew what we were doing. With the knowledge I have now I can go 100+ matches without taking 1 lose.
I think the key to carrying a team on sanctum is to make sure u have a scorpion ready to go before round 5 starts. And to keep an eye on how good your team is. If the other 7 guys aren’t doing much going into round 5, then I spawn a Hannibal scorpion to make sure I can carry them. I actually save my Hannibal scorpions specifically for that map and only if my teammates aren’t keeping up. If the rest of the team seems decent and are contributing then I’ll use a lower end scorpion. But yea I know what u mean, sanctums round 5s can be the most intense if your teammates don’t spawn vehicles and contribute

The most points I ever got in one game was over 60,000 but it was in Mythic Firefight.
The most Boss Kills I have gotten in one game is 17 . I wish Firefight would get a refresh since it’s pretty boring now. I pretty well only play Mythic now since it’s a challenge

I can’t remember the exact number of points I got but I know it was around there. It was on prospect I had over 150 kills with 10+ boss take downs we won the game and I didn’t die. Soo that’s probably why it gave me soo many points.
I have gotten many games in the 50 thousands playing mythic but it’s not easy lol can be frustrating at times.

Yeah, that’s pretty much what I do as well, but I’ve found that sometimes my team is so hopeless that even having the best vehicle out doesn’t work. Usually on the Warden round because the Knights start adding up and I can’t take on all of them by myself.
Not sure if this is worthy of a leader board but it’s pretty cool… I just got 109 kills without firing one shot, only splatters… Even managed to get first in the game. It’s kinda funny, I had 109 kills, 8 assist, only 7 deaths, but end up with a -4.3KDA… how does that work? Guess because my accuracy was 0.0 since I didn’t shoot anything…hahaha
I usually get in the 100s for kills, half of them being headshot kills, I honestly don’t recall my game with most kills, but I do know it was a game that I didn’t die. I usually get 50-60,000 since I play on Legendary difficulty
I just got a new personal best of 245 kills on temple! A mod is probably gonna tell me not to revive old topics but I don’t care, it was awesome. And what’s the difference if I revive this thread or start a new one? Anyway I got 60 kills in just round one using my pistol and then went straight to a wasp in round 2. Was at rec 7 by round 3 so got a temple banshee and stayed in that for the rest of the game. I doubt I’ll ever beat that
Nice game, but talk about a lucky break, lol. All your rounds were Covenant with a defend round in there. I guess it’s kind of like my fastest game where all the stars align and the chances of doing it again are pretty low.
Well kill counts can be much higher if you ever get lucky and have the grunt wave.
I think I have reached 100 ish . Nothing near some of these other guys tho
Dunno how that would work. Unbeknownst to most ppl, WZFF flags the better players; it’s easy to tell whom they are because they get spawned on a lot, etc type of nonsense… this is to prevent team carries.
Due to FF being about “Fire teams”, the scoring system itself being convoluted due to that. Not sure how a ladder would work.
