I have a few ideas to possibly improve or better firefight and I’m not sure where this topic would go but I hope it fits here in multiplayer forum.
The first idea that I have is have a constant spawning firefight match. By this I mean like the bonus rounds how the Covenant constantly spawn from the Phantom/Spirit and on the map randomly. I ask this because I have recently played a firefight match where I had a Wraith and a Ghost and about 40 Covenant on screen all shooting at me and my game never lagged once. So I was thinking why not have constantly spawning Covenant through out the main Waves of a round? This may lag online but even for offline games this would still be fun.
The second idea I have is that since Bloom can be taken off in Multiplayer Matchmaking and I love playing without Bloom because it makes a classic Halo feel after playing with the new twist of Halo: Reach gameplay. So I was thinking if it was possible to incorporate a Zero Bloom Firefight gametype for online and offline modes.
Hopefully someone at 343 will take note of this and possibly even at least consider the Zero Bloom Firefight gametype as I think constant spawning Firefight would be too hard to implement into Halo: Reach or later Firefight maps in the future. It would be nice if both of these could happen.
