FireFight Idea: No more respawn after timer ends

How about instead of the match ending then and there when the timer runs out the game continues on with any Spartans remaining and respawn are disabled. The match ends when all Spartans are killed.

I feel this would be a solid fix for cases where the objective is nearly complete but the timer steals your victory away.

This is actually a surprisingly sweet idea. It extends the timer and promotes surviveability at the same time. I’d agree to that.

Sounds good, but players would need at least 3–5 lives per match.

Really great idea, maybe it could go into overtime as well, adding 3 minutes to the clock. You lose if everyone dies or the clock hits 0; this would prevent the match from never ending.

I actually like that idea. That would have secured multiple wins for a few of the games I’ve been in where the final objective was, say, just a tick of health left and we still had Spartans on the field… one or two more rounds would have won it but that damn timer.
It should throw things into Sudden Death! And those few Spartans (or in some cases everyone) who are still alive are given the chance to make their last fight worth it to the best of their ability.
You know, go down swinging like a good Spartan would.

Trolls will ruin the experience. They will not try to kill enemies , it is not possible.

Yeah people are going to troll, but people already troll, and always will. That’s not a reason to not execute a good idea.
