I mean, would any of you be really MAD if it wasn’t in Halo 4, at all?

No FF = no sale. It’s as simple as that.
I’d settle for either a quality FF, or a quality Multiplayer.
Both are confirmed not to be in.
Firefight got boring after a while, especially after they removed Classic. Arcade was just run, gun and respawn.

I like FF, I am extremely mad that FF may not be in Halo 4 while all this other stupid yoink gets added.
Why in the world would they remove firefight?! I loved playing that when I got bored with regular mp.

I don’t know but it is completely unjust and I am really upset. The fans should rise up and atleast get something good back for Halo 4.
I love firefight. It was great in ODST and good in Reach.
Most time I played matchmaking but if had enough from it, I went to firefight.
Look at Reach. There was so much stuff:
Invasion Matchmaking Firefight Campaign, Forge, Custom Games …
Didnt they say h4 should be bigger and…
for me, its seems the game with its stuff we be smaller and smaller…
But I wont miss it in halo4 because at this time I think I dont want buy Halo 4.

I think it is completely unacceptable FF is gone. I mean, look at all the Firefight threads. It was a WELL LIKED and well played game type.
I like ODST FF, but I barely even play that. So the no Firefight bit means zilch to me.

But again, it’s being replaced with a new co-op mode, so I’m holding my opinions back until I know more about this new mode.

I agree with you.
I’m very disappointed that FireFight will not be return but this new Co-Op game mode will most likely feature the same concept. For example some missions may purely be ‘Hold out’ scenarios and which FireFight essentially is.
Saying that, I will always be wondering what FireFight could have been if it was included and they put a decent amount of time and development into it. I will probably be asking what not have both Spartan Ops and FireFight at some point.
For now I just want to see more of Spartan Ops and hope it features what FireFight offered as well as it’s own.
