Fire team Osiris a member that didn't feel importa

I mean Locke is a leader class he orders the team what to do. Buck is a rifle man also basically likes to get messy and cracks jokes. Vale can speak Sangheili and also is very agile and speedy. Tanaka is suppose to be comms or something I didn’t see anything in the campaign to prove this or felt like she was important in anyway she just felt like a normal marine to me not a spartan. I mean you play as Locke you order you’re team what to do like a leader does it obvs provs it in gameplay. Buck u noticed he likes to get in vehicles alot I dunno if it’s his ai but he loves taking vehicles also in game play he cracks jokes and is generally effective. Vale she speaks Sangheili in gameplay and is really fast. But tanaka if she’s just an ai and not played in co op you see no difference like she just seems like a marine a meaningless character don’t get me wrong I don’t hate her it’s just I don’t see any interest or anything special in game that she does as an ai character, the others are unique she not so much.

She really didn’t do much to set herself apart in HE5. I liked her intro in Escalation enough. It really displayed her tenacity and will to not only survive but help others as well.

She did show a bit of friendly sass in game which I appreciated but other than that she was underutilized.

I guess Buck would be the least important. Locke is the leader, Tanaka is the engineer and technical expert, and Vale can speak Sangheili, which is pretty useful given the circumstances.

Yeah, but Buck is badass. Tanaka wasn’t. Or at least it didn’t feel like that to me.

Aside from being the team’s technical support like when she overrode the controls for the space elevator and helped the team interface with the outer-colonists on Meridian? Everyone had their use on Osiris.

Let’s agree to disagree I guess she did thanks for pointing that out but anything else major to help? Yeah on evacuationshe done the elevator but anything else.

She also provided aid for the team on “outer-colony etiquette”. Being raised on, then having to survive on, a glassed outer colony helps her understand their thought-process. She explains that a few times during the Meridian missions. Having Vale interface with the Sangheili and Tanaka interface with the outer-colonists for the team is a great boon.
