In Halo: The Master Chief Collection we get a unique nameplate, and in Halo 5: Guardians we get a unique AR skin. So I was wondering if for Halo: Infinite we would get a unique coating for matching against 343i in a Community Playdate or appearing in the Community Spotlight.
I would think they’d just keep it to a weapon coating. They may have an ‘exclusive’ armor coating specific to 343i employees but I don’t see them needing to do anymore that what they did for H5. I always seem to miss out on the play dates anyway sadly…
I feel like armor coatings may be to much because us people without imagination or the ability to make nice things, ergo we can’t have the coating so when we see people with it it’ll make us envy it.
Now that’s my opinion, in reality is people deserve nice things for their contributions. So yeah there should be a coating. I hope there is a coating for everyone
I’ve thought about this a few times myself actually.
I’d quite like to see another Ice/Fire Unicorn variant in Halo Infinite.
An exclusive nameplate and weapon coating would be perfect. I’m excited to see what they could look like.

Maybe a 343 employee would have a “343 guility spark” coating since the name of 343 industries includes, well…

I suppose it depends. I figure either weapon skin or nameplate, but that’s assuming Infinite even has nameplates. Im curious to see what menu UI Infinite will have, a good menu is just as important as a good soundtrack or smooth framerate. Speaking of framerate and menus… menus shouldn’t lag, either.
