So I finished the Wetwork specialization (went from lvl 59 to 60) and I started the Pioneer specialization. But now I can’t use the stealth upgrade that’s unlocked from finishing Wetwork… am I missing something? HELP!
Are you looking in the correct menu for the stealth perk? This is the most common mistake as people forget that perks are in 3 catagories.
I believe so… I’m going into the loadouts and then tactical package I believe… but where it was showing the stealth that would become available at Wetwork 10, now it’s just showing the Fast Track that’s going to be available at Pioneer 10. 
Ignore the locked symbol. You unlocked wetwork, it wont have anything on it to make it stand out. It will be in the menu with the other perks. Read through them.

Albion trolled you with the “3 perk categories” remark. (CoD)
The Stealth upgrade is in the very bottom category along with dexterity and ammo - not the same category as fast track.
Ok, I DID just find it. And I feel a little special now. LOL… seriously, thank you for your help.

No I did not “troll” him. Im simply using standard names for the system because its widely known as a “perk” based system across various different game titles. In future please keep those kind of comments to yourself.
