Hey i think there is a new matchmaking bug. There is no social games have been in lobby for about a hour. (yes i have tried restarting the game and the pc)
Make sure that your game is fully up to date. Build version should be 1.2046.0.0. If you are on the MS Store version, search for MCC in the store and you should be able to update from there.
