Is there a way to retrieve old films from bungie.net? I’ve tried going to file browser in halo reach and putting their old gamertag into the author section but nothing comes up.

I don’t think there’s a way to render out and snag those clips from b-net anymore since the “Bungie Pro” service has long since been dead, and I really doubt they still have those rendering services set up server-side. Your only hope would be to try and find their new Gamertag and work your way back to their 360 file share that way.
