Why is it that I can find a match faster in Halo: Reach team doubles than in Halo 4 team doubles? Halo 4 does not even prioritize by connection so what gives?..
Halo 4 has a noticeably long match set-up time in all playlist as compared to Reach. While not absolutely sure, I think it might be due to a tighten true skill system.
It would be nice if 343 could shorten the wait time, just a little. When you have to wait up to two minutes between matches, even when there is tens of thousands of players in it, its a little off putting.

This for sure, search anything outside of Arena in Reach and you will find matches quick due to very low trueskill matching compared to Halo 4.
I can find better connections with less people playing in Reach due to it actually having a good connection option. I dont mind waiting a little longer so I dont get unplayable games.
