I’ve been posting in the main H5 forum but this seems the correct place.
But certain playlists now just take so long. In an hour of searching I’ve managed to find only 2 games of breakout, and warzone assault is problematic too.
Have you tried changing your search preferences to expanded? searching on balanced can take a few hours, and focused… don’t get me started… haha!
If you’re already searching on expanded you should look into getting a better internet connection.

Yeah I search on expanded - it’s not my connection though. From what I’ve seen around the forums, I think it’s to do with the EU servers.
