But instead taking advantage of the company rules. You, like other people, got removed for not following our guidelines. Then play the victim card when you were barely in the company for a day. In comparison to other determined members, who are still in the company meeting their quota. The only people Mooching are the people who get kicked I assure you. I make sure of that because how else have I done this in less than a year. Fairness, dedication, and making sure EVERYONE follows the Rules to help with our goals. I had not touched customs for the full 10 hours I was in the company. I streamed every time I played as well. As soon as I joined (1 hour in) I was at school and could not play. After school I started up my stream (Twitch) and also hopped in a VC with some friends and they helped me as well. I gave you every chance and you threw it out the window. You do nothing but mooch off your members and get no skill in the process. I haven’t turned on my Xbox in over a month and If I were to hop on and run 1s, I would clown on you. It only proves that you get no skill from anything you do. Get out of platinum and get legit skill, after all you claim to know what you’re doing. That is actually shameful because in all reality you have no idea what you’re doing. Actually uninstall and touch the grass, maybe even feel the sun while you’re at it because that would be the only thing you would do correctly in your life span.

Actually, Xatty ur company is kind of bad. from reading former members, the level of strictness is toxic.
I mean some of these rules are really bad
NO custom games, Forge, Fiesta OR Firefight. (No commendation progress happens) - - ok this one is fair to a point. if I finish my quota of kills and games, do I still have to grind? Will it be ok if i go on Firefight to relax from the week, or custom to play with the boys? - Mandatory interaction with the Company or Leadership. This includes Xbox Club, Discord, Xbox Group Messages or Waypoint messages - - There isn’t much need for this. Do i need to message you every day going “Hewwo Mwistew Xatty OwO i did ## Kills todway”? they’re only good for announcements on how many kills, and what the kill quota is for that week. - Meet Personal Weekly Commendation Targets. (Via. Waypoint Messages from Leadership) - - its too high, if 87 members (as of writing this, its your current member count) did 400 in a week, you would get 34.8k in one week. if your bois did a little math, 150 gets you a bit over 12k (13.050 to be exact), and doesn’t cause stress. maybe 200 as a buffer (bumps up to 17,400) just in cause you kick more members - BE ACTIVE 20+ games a week (Minimum). No excuses. 7 days of inactivity gets you removed. - - the 7-day inactivity is…ok. id do 2 weeks. but 20 games is stupid. lets assume I get 400 kills in 15 games and stop for about a week (6 days and 20 hours if you want me to get technical). Am I going to get kicked? my advice would be to drop this down to 15 or 12. we have lives, my boi - Priorities Company Commendations. - - this one is fair. I could go “but if i do other kills, will I get kicked?” but I mean that isn’t much of a critic. Cause it can’t be THAT bad that I do something else, right? - Play from the playlists listed below. - - this one is fair/unfair. let’s say I get 15-20 kills in SWAT and infection, but doubled or triple that in a warzone. am I qualified for removal even though I’m still working towards the kill amount? - No alternative or +1 accounts. - - This one makes no sense. why would I have an alt in a company grinding Achilles instead of my main? - Respect each other. - - this is a basic rule - Don’t try to conspire against the company. - - This makes no -Yoink!- sense. how can you conspire against a company? this isn’t Shadow of War where an orc could just betray you and kill you because you were not giving it attention or something. - No racism or discrimination in any way. - - this is a basic rule - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - as you can see, I’m not gonna really tear my hair out to try to get in. I’m content on the company I’m in, and with my math, ill get the helm in 80 days if I was grinding solo. I know you’ll look into my records to see that I haven’t been on since the 29th, as well as there’s a 2-3 year gap prior to 2 weeks ago, but 1, my Xbox bugged out last week and won’t be fixed til the 18th, and 2, I felt compelled to play again even though I’ve unlocked everything. - i know you guys are really close, but it doesn’t mean to kick people left and right just for small hiccups. if a member hasn’t been on for more than a month or two months on halo but is playing apex, I get it. if life got in the way and haven’t been on Xbox for a long while, a message informing them they got kick is fine. remember, this is a game, not a job. grinding companies should be for people with the same drive of getting something. not a race to make sure you’re hitting all your marks just so you stay in. with rules like that, you might as well call the company a roleplaying company for “the greatest, most loyal and hard-working Spartans to ever grace the cosmos” - I would add one more rule though - - Since we are on the last Commendation to finish, if you own Achilles Helmet, you will get Auto kicked - Thins the herd for players that don’t have it…but one flaw to that is that includes you, bud Actually, now that I think of it, this amount of strictness for someone who has it already doesn’t make all that sense, you know?That’s just my observations. idrc enough to delve any deeper. you do you.

I believe he was moreso talking about people making drama about getting angry over getting kicked. (I could be wrong on this though) I just wanted to break down ur rules. I honestly have 0 beef with you. - I don’t have time to do that; Lead an almost 100 man company to get 2 pieces of armor for a year. you make sound like a second job when really all you need is 4 mods that 1st a week look over clan members, and see activity, what the activity is, and how much did they grind. if they did squat, throw a 3-day warning to grind and if not, you kick. or if it’s a grinder that’s committed for a long while, then suddenly either vanished or is doing something else, maybe ask if everything is ok before kicking them? companies are communities first if I’m not mistaken ¯_(ツ)_/¯
as for me, I’d rather help inactive companies who are close to finishing. I have low patients and a short attention span to grinding non-stop almost 400k loadout kills or 5k assassinations (80% of the time it’s just me doing the heavy lifting in grinding for games, so seeing that number makes my caveman brain bug out)

This sort of rude behavior would never happen in clans regularly. Especially not Lush. In many eyes, one custom game will never hurt. In even the most successful companies where they get Achilles in a month you will never see this behavior.
I can guarantee that in Lush, if you stand out and work your rear off, doing quadruple the work of even my closest members, you will not be kicked just because you do one single custom. That is disrespectful and overall ungrateful.
I was in Mantle of Ares so I can speak for those who were kicked (when I left) that most of what they say is true. The people in the clan are great but the leader of a clan is most important. With the leader as your weakest link your clan can only be so great. You will never see a weak link in the command structure of Lush. Send your requests while we’re still accepting below-Diamond-tier players!
