We behave like a actual company, Requiring to report in, To cooperate with ‘co-workers’. We have divisions, Each named after what the do, I am Commander of the Weapons Manufacturing Division, Of course we don’t ACTUALLY do what our divisions list to do, Because this is Halo. But instead each division works together as a singular team, Of course divisions are allowed to mix members and play with each other, But you all get the point. Some divisions have requirements to join, IE having a specific armor or visor. They also have skills that are required to join, IE being sociable, Or Having good communication skills. But here’s a little info on the lore of the Halo Version of Weyland-Yutani
Formed in 2099, Weyland-Yutani started as deep space cargo transport company based in Sydney, Australia. Weyland-Yutani hauls raw materials, technology, weapons, food, water, medical supplies, and sometimes small groups of people to and from colonies until the outbreak of the Interplanetary War

After the Interplanetary War Weyland-Yutani sign a business deal with the newly formed United Earth Government (UEG) to act as one of its main supply transports. Weyland-Yutani also began manufacturing Synthetics so they could operate ships when more and more colonies were being set up further and further from Earth.

During the “Golden Age” of Human colonization, Weyland-Yutani continued to haul cargo to the newly formed colonies. The Synthetics were being sold on a commercial basis at this time, but in low numbers. Weyland-Yutani expanded greatly during this period and had offices on many planets of which are now known as “Inner Colonies”, with this expansion new divisions were created to cater for many of the company’s rising needs.
