Fireteam Onyx is seeking an affiliation that is official UNSC.
This is a transmission for any UNSC Affiliations in the Halo Community seeking an effective Fireteam addition to their ranks. Fireteam Onyx has been an effective and trusted Fireteam ever since it’s creation in Spring of 2015. My name is Ghost, some call me Dusty as that is my old Callsign when I graduated my first term of Conscription back in 2014. We have been stationed in and fought with many UNSC clans and designations. And has assisted in raids, battles and wars that’s have erupted amongst the Halo Community. I am the founder of this Fireteam as my co-founder is an SIII who is stationed as A266. My first conscription was for Victor SII S101, Class I. During my training my progression in marksmanship was rated distinguished in reconisn and execution. I have proudly held my tags and used them to fight alongside my fellow Spartan Brothers and Sisters. I could ask nothing more but to serve with them. This Fireteam consists of Pre-Conscripted and augmented SII’s and SIII’s. They have passed the Training Academy’s classes and Augmentation after they completed their training. Our training duration for SII’s and SIII’s are both 5-6 months of training depending on the progression of said trainee. The ODST’s that we have stationed with us are either already graduates of our training program, or they are still progressing to achieve their goal of becoming an ODST. The credentials of the Fireteam currently stands as:
Experience-
- All members have had experience in a UNSC affiliated group prior to their enlistment in this Fireteam. - All members are either currently stationed as a conscript or cadet, and graduates of the Community SII and SIII Program.(Given by the previous affiliation) - All members are Honorable to the Cause, Loyal to one another, and Experienced on the combat and tactical strategies.This Fireteam is looking for an UNSC Affiliation to assist in any shape or form, as long as they fight for the cause of the UNSC, and follow the Code of Conduct, along with the other Teachings and Techniques that we learned in the Training Academy and Conscription. There are too many UNSC groups out there’s that call themselves UNSC, yet they fail to use what they were taught when they were trainees, even something as simple as the Rules of Engagement. I have seen too many UNSC turn on Civilians for no reason, and purposely target them without hesitation, or even engage other UNSC, because they think that they are better than them. They may be more experienced, but they are just as good as the Spartan, ODST, SIII, SIV or marine that fights next to them. We all originate from the same founder and fight for the same name. We were not trained to cause that kind of violence, we were trained to fight against those who seek to produce it. We were trained to protect those who can’t fend for themselves, and defeat those seeking violence. We fight by a code, we don’t fight to be like our enemies. If there is in fact an Affiliation looking for additional members, our requests are as follows:

- Our structure as far as who is in our Fireteam stays in it. - Ranks for the administration, meaning myself and my Second in Command, Maintain an officer rank. (I understand if there is a negotiation as to our ranks, but we have earned and held them respectfully as an officer is supposed to. I am Stationed as an O-9 Vice Admiral, while my Second is stationed as a Warrant Officer, both of which were given to us by the Community SII’s Administration.We do follow Navy ranks as the majority of the UNSC does. - Anyone who has been with the team for more than 6 months does not have to undergo a conscription or a Re-evaluation. As the seeking group doesn’t know what we’ve done and been through to get this far. Although I do understand there is an argument against that. You don’t know us, therefore we have to earn it. What I have always said, is that not knowing if someone is good enough to be in the ranks, should be a concern, but that doesn’t mean that anyone who is outside of ones Affiliation should be treated as a stranger or not trusted. The UNSC and it’s Programs are based on trust. Therefore we should carry out the said lesson as our founders entrusted on us. Unless the individual proves that they do not meet the standards to hold it. We all fight for the same cause. Why try to go against something that we fight for? Or go against the code that we never leave a man behind, or think any less of the man next to us. As in other updates, this Fireteam is accepting work for those who require assistance, whether they be civilian or UNSC, just as long as they fight for the right reasons. In our previous affiliation, we were the team that they called when the administration didn’t want to get their hands dirty. We did what we had to do because it was an order, and unless the order is so far out in left field or we are not given a valid reason as to why we should carry it out even after asking over and over as to why it was given, we follow them, because its part of our code.
