Fellow Spartans,

I come to you today because we want to substantially swell the ranks of our Fireteam.
Initially made for the sole purpose of playing among friends, the more we progress in the war game, the more we see that being only three is not enough. That is why we are seeking between 3 and 5 motivated Spartans to play as a team and not have to endure the vagaries of matchmaking.Our recruitment criteria, though numerous, are not particularly excessive:

The most important for us is to recruit adults (not to be confused with “major”). By this, we mean mostly people aged over 22 years, with no “childish” constraints, I mean primarily (but not limited to): mealtime, homework, can not come because otherwise vocal moan parents, etc. Therefore preferences of people with their own housing, work (unemployment is a “work” and thus accepted). If you have a spouse and / or children, thank you to tie them in your basement or in a corner of the kitchen during your gaming sessions. - Have a proper level of Halo 5: We look for people with a level roughly equivalent to ours. We do not cumulate dozens of days of play and are very far from competitions beasts, our ratios F / D oscillating between 1.2 and 1.5 approximately. We do not want to take people below 0.9 ratio for relatively obvious reasons (except if you have an exceptional talent in another field (driving, support, etc)) or above 1.5-1.6 because we would slow your ascent, the final goal is to play and improve together. - Having a micro and being French, because some of us do not speak English, even a little. - Have a good sense of teamplay, as a great man says “I appreciate your skillset, but you can leave that lone wolf stuff behind”. We search for Spartans primarily to play together, if you’re only interest in your personal score, we don’t need you even if you’re the best player of all time. - We also pay particular attention to any differents medals that you could get on the battle field. As said above, someone who has a F / D or FDA rather low but has good skills in other areas can strongly interest us. - It also interest us to have peoples who play at least as much as us. Knowing that despite our respective works, we get to play together almost every night of the week for one to three hour between 9 P.M. and midnight. Concerning the Week End, you’ll pretty always find almost one of us during the day and, except with a few exception, the three of us at night. - One of the most important points, if not THE most important, is to be a fan of Halo, with a capital “F”. We often come to have discussion about the background, the expanded universe etc. We would like to recruit people who share the same passion for Halo as us. Halo is not just a game, it is a universe carry with games, books, Comics, characters and stories. - Optional point : If there are enough people available I, with my colleague, have the idea of making machinima, thus Halo 5 make it more fluid than before. If you’re interested, it’s a plus. - Finally, we would be very interested by one or two good drivers (mainly Warthog, but not only) and a good Marksman, all having the qualities described above of course.That was for the serious part of recruitment, on the other side, at the human aspect: We are three (3.5 to be exact, my wife playing occasionally, as lack of dual screen requires, we can not play at the same time) aged between 22 and 26, who spend a lot of time to geek, now mainly on Halo, but it happens we go on another game together or not.
We like messing out jokes, sometimes gritty, but not all the time (for God sake), we all still a tendency to grumble or rage, even though we readily acknowledge that it is often in bad faith . It happens to some screaming a little strong, anger or joy in context. In short, a strip of normal in short buddies. Our main goal is to have fun playing and improving.Voila.
