I’ve only seen the side view, but thank GOODNESS it looks awesome! Not as fishbowl-y as the one in Reach, which had no features AT ALL and felt like you were one of the spacemen in Prometheus but with tint.

I agree. The lines in the visor where a lot more defined in Halo 3’s version compared to Halo: Reach’s and the subtlety in the lines in the latter made it look not that good.
the eva does look pretty cool, thanks for pointing that out. I’ve seen the vid about 4 times and never noticed it.
Looks more like a crossover between the SPI helmet and the EVA helmet as seen in Legends.
I saw some pics of it in the Armory a few days agao, and you could see the glass part is more narrow, with a thicker ring going around the chin. Very much like the S3 SPI helmet (finally a good SPI replacement!).
And from the side, in the video, you can see the round pieces to the ear etc, and the more rectangular design of it all, which is very much like the Halo Legends version.
So its looking really good!

Exactly why I love it! The lines are really defined in this one, not like in Reach.

Exactly why I’m excited for it, it actually looks like the SPI helmet! It’s a bit more streamlined making it at least resemble the SPI helmet from Headhunters or Ghosts of Onyx.

Ahh you’re right. Would that mean this Orbital helmet is the EVA’s replacement? It strongly resembles the EVA helmet.
What time is this helmet shown?

My favourite helmet so far would be the Security Helmet from Halo 3.
EVA looks okay.
It looks ok but not sure if I will use it or not .
i always hated the eva helmet it’s so ugly, sorry to sound like a bit of an -Yoink- im not trolling or anything.

My dear friend, I don’t think that’s the EVA, but the Orbital. The helmet is far too pushed inwards to be the EVA.
I just hope they have the Pilot variant, because that it my favorite iteration.
Looks better than the Reach EVA. This called Orbital, and I’m happy the visor isn’t the whole helmet. Orbital reminds me of Smiley.

I was trying to look for that one, soI thought I may as well get the oceanic armour because fairly; they do look similar in a way.
