Finally hit onyx...

This evening I finally hit onyx in FFA. I can usually grind to high plat/low diamond solo. How come I can’t get close in other playlists?

  • low FFA population ? - teammates drag me down in other playlists ?

In FFA, you’ll gain rank so long as you don’t come in dead last, so it’s very easy to rank high.

Aside from the stuff others have said, you might not be good enough for onyx in other playlists. Team games are a different beast compared to FFA.
