Well you did get XP and commendation packs for completing stuff so it’s not a complete waste of time.

I really wish companies got rewarded more for completing things.

Well they didn’t tell anyone that you’ll get rewarded for achieving 100% commendations for your company.
So, if you’re expecting something they didn’t announced, confirmed or teased, you’re asking yourself to be disappointed.
Aside from getting Achilles, I think Spartan Companies should receive a special emblem that is based on their company’s logo.
Basically, you’re rewarded an ultra-exclusive item that is limited to the Spartan Company members (100 max) who’ve endured the long grind.

Now that’s an idea. I love it. It could been seen as too troublesome to pull off, though if there were pre fabs in place I could see it working.

I think what he means is, that Whiskey has been known for doing what all WZ players hate… ‘‘Farming’’. The least respectful method of getting commendations.
Now as for the OG post, why does everything have to be rewarded these days? Originanally, the commendations were intended for giving an extra reward of REQ packs and XP. The Achilles itself, is the biggest reward for finishing the KILL commendations. Isn’t that enough?
For the love of god, why does everything need a special reward these days…

I’m sure 343i wouldn’t mind mailing you a blue ribbon if you would just ask them nicely.
If you don’t want to get disappointed, don’t expect anything.
Once you set expectations, there is only a higher chance of being disappointed. By not having any expectations you completely remove any chance of disappointment.
