Had to learn how to fix it from another player - not 343i. Awful customer service.

Considering they had a team working on this from the time it came out to fix a bug they missed? That’s good customer service, actually.
If you want to gripe about missing the bug, that’s fine, but a 2 hour fix for a system (xbox live market place) that isn’t directly under 343’s control is pretty damn fine.

Couldn’t download the Crimson Map Pack because there was a problem with the Season Pass. But I just redownloaded the Infinity Actual Kit and it fixed everything.
