So I have finally completed Halo 3 on Legendary. Also got the Marathon Man achievement. Have the Katana and Security (marathon man helm). I am pretty stoked about this. Really bummed it is in 2020 and at least not in 2012 when I first acquired the game or sooner… better late than never I guess.
(Also side note, why hasnt my campaign for halo 3 been updated to Legendary on waypoint?)

Nice job! Its probably just laggy and hasn’t updated. Happened to me when I did 4 on Legendary.

Thanks man! And indeed is has! My goal is to complete all on Legendary. If I get a xbox one then I’ll need to do it all over on anniversary… man… lol

Alright cool. Yeah 4 i think is next for me… I can’t remember if I finished it or not off the top of my head. Jackals definitely step up their game on Legendary haha. I wish Bungie still owned Halo… the Marathon references are a highlight for me. I’ll probably do a new post on that. But yeah, marathon was what was up. Predecessor to Halo.

Thanks man, and idk how I did it but I actually had recon before beating it on Legendary. I thought you would be able to get it still

343i gave Recon out to anyone with an active Halo 3 account back in 2012. You playing Halo 3 that year was very lucky. The Recon armour is no longer obtainable in the game, even if you aquire all the Vidmaster achievements.
Congrats. Took you long, I know how it feels. I got H2 in 2004, never bothered to play it on Legendary until 2018 on the MCC. Good luck if you have any plans with that.
Oh and now I feel bad for not finding all the terminals in 13 years

Oh really? I did not know that. So that was 343i’s doing then… man. That’s crazy. Yeah I dont think I have all the vidmaster, so that is probably the case for me then.

Thank you, and yeah I think I need to finish Halo 2… I may have finished it but with original xbox not supporting XBL and halo 2 servers being shut down no record will make it to XBL:(
