People are saying that you need to access the halo waypoint app though the xbox 360 to do this but I’m not sure :/.

You need to go on the waypoint app on the 360 then go to the reach service record

It might be impossible by now since halo waypoint has changed so much over the years, and 343 took it over.

Probably forgot to consider people still want the CQB helmet.

You can still do it just go on the Halo waypoint app on the 360 find out what achievements you have to do, do said achievements and go back to the app on the 360 and you will unlock the armor. I unlocked the CQB UA/HUL last june so it should still be working since they haven’t changed anything/
