> Everyone speculated there was one last update, and here it is.
It wasn’t speculation, we knew. They said it.

> In the new community update, we finally got info on the final content update. 343 said it’s coming out sometime in the Fall along with the whole 4K update for Halo 5 on the Xbox One X. Not only that, but they also said it’s gonna be the biggest update yet. It’s about time. What do you think we’re getting in this Content Update?
>
> I think we’re gonna be getting new Warzone and Warzone Assault maps, new Arena maps, new Forge Canvases, you know the usual new Reqs as well. I also think in this update, they’re finally gonna incorporate Warzone Custom Games. 343 saw how successful that glitch was where people played Warzone in Custom Games/playing other gametypes on Warzone maps and probably got their team to make it official so we can have 24 people in Custom Games to play Warzone. Hell, I think they might even take it a step further and make the Warzone maps Forgable. People have wanted to Forge on Warzone maps for a long time. If it can work in Custom Games, 343 might just be able to make the maps Forgable.
For what it’s worth? They did say a Sandbox update, and that’s very different from a usual update.
**BUT.**There is another content update coming. Period. It must, because how better to launch Halo 5 on Xbox One X?
New content, new visuals (ooohhhh baby~! Finally, Halo 5 can look freakin’ CONTEMPORARY!), new balancing, all sorts of stuff. It only makes sense then, that we end up with brand new content. But here’s the thing.
Gamecheat13 showed us they were working on Brute Weapons. The Sentinel Beam, Wasp Variants, AA Wraiths and stuff, those were all legit but slightly unfinished. There was no extra modding here, just as there isn’t with the Brute Weaponry.
And guess what else is about to end? Halo Wars 2’s Season Pass scheduled updates. YapYap is gonna be the last one we get from that, and after that is Awakening The Nightmare.
343i has given Halo Wars 2 the full spotlight, which isn’t a bad thing- it needed it so it could be ingrained and legitimized as a Halo product even more than it had before. Now that Halo Wars 2’s scheduled performance is about to close, after which they’ll be living on royalties of their hit single, Halo 5 can get the limelight One Last Time before 343i starts talking about their newest and biggest Halo project yet, next year.
Granted. This is said without much base, but it all makes sense. It goes along the trends we’ve seen. I have faith that this is how it’s gonna roll out.
