Hello,
I am just wondering, why are filler emblems (like numbers or card suites) taking up spots in my silver packs over actually useful armors/cert’s? Nobody really uses the numbers except for coordinated groups, and the card suites are very specialized and not very popular. I think these (and probably others) should be combined into one pack - you open a silver, get one helmet, a bunch of Warzone req’s, and a pack titled “Number Emblems Bundle.” You then open that one, and you get all 12 number emblems.
This should probably implemented for others as well, as there are a lot of unpopular, seemingly carelessly made emblems, that truly don’t deserve a full spot in our packs.

It’s RNG homie. All common to rare possibilities will come out in Silver packs, regardless of how “filler” they seem 
I have been waiting since REACH or a moa emblem…
I like the idea, but maybe having a pack that SPECIFICALLY has two or three emblems, but it could be ANY emblem, and probably wouldn’t cost much more than a bronze pack.
Then there wouldn’t be as many reqs to unlock which could lead to 343 get less money. I have just a couple more rare armor and weapons to unlock before moving to gold but a lot of emblems. It is frustrating

I can see that happening.
I agree, too many emblems to unlock via REQ packs. wish they were unlocked in different ways (achievements, etc.) I just finished all my silver packs, but now I still have ultra rare and legendary emblems (not many of which I care for). When I unlock an emblem I just think “darn, well at least there 1 less emblem I have to unlock”.
They’re not “filler” necessarily, they’re part of the collection. The point of the REQ packs isn’t to give you what you specifically want or think is useful, its to complete a collection.

It can still be something to work for, you will just get a few or all of them at once instead of one at a time.
I don’t know one person that personally uses the Number emblems, unless they are on a coordinated team. Whenever I get a number emblem, I die a little bit inside. That was a lot of RP for such a crap emblem.

That is not even all the numbers that they could add. If am not mistaken, we don’t have a 10 or 11. Not to mention 13-99 or even infinity

Meanwhile at 343i headquarters, “So what would be something none of previous games did and would be the largest set of items we can use as unlocks in req packs to make people buy more of them?”

you only need to get about 25 rare emblems so do not be afraid of it
