To start off, you can only have 24 slots for Halo: Reach, the File Share page has a typo.
As for getting the 24 slots, you can’t just get them, you’ll eventually just be given them randomly within the next month, they do the same as Recon in Halo 3 and give it to new players every so often.
You can no longer render videos, haven’t been able to since March 31st prior, the option is only there for those who had a rendered video before March 31st and wanted to view them on Waypoint.

if you already have a digital camera with “video in” capability, hook that up to your tv or Xbox. Then to your comp, and capture video/audio. (Check manual for “a/v mode”)
