Fileshare searching feature is not coming anytime soon from what I can tell. So how do we find people’s fileshare so we can download their maps?
The answer to this is we go into the Leaderboards and find the player in a leaderboard then you can access their fileshare from that. This may be a problem though depending on just how many players have completed that particular playlist. Just one playlist can have over 900,000 people to scroll through.
If we don’t get a fully functional fileshare system, I suggest this. Add a player search feature to the leaderboards. All we need to know is the players GT, put it in, and BINGO, we find their fileshare so we can download the maps they have.
Another suggestion is to add a new filter where you only see where you stack up in the playlist with the people you follow on Xbox Live, or more classically know as those on your friends list, whether they follow you back or not.
Anyways, I do hope something gets done to help with this soon.

I agree that they need to dig themselves out of this sad content-sharing hole that they dug themselves into, but sadly I don’t think your suggestion will go anywhere because it involves logic and effort.
