I’m logging onto reach for the first time in quite a while now as I was planning on buying a HD PVR and some more Xbox Live time and to my dismay I saw that EVERY SINGLE SAVED CLIP I EVER GOT FOR REACH was gone. Has anybody heard anything about this? I definitely didn’t delete anything and nobody has touched my xbox.

Go to the dashboard, settings, console, memory, choose your hard drive.
Choose Halo: Reach, are all the clips you used to have still in there?
Already gone through all of the simple stuff like that, another thing worth noting is that no other files on my HDD have been corrupted or changed. In addition my DLC is also still there.
I’m seriously stumped, it’s like the only possible explanation is that somebody sat there for almost an hour deleting my mountains of clips…
Oh, also my maps and game variants are gone too.

Are you on the same account on which the files are on?
Are you choosing the Hard Drive as the storage device when you load up Reach?

Try clearing your Xbox’s cache & redownloading the title update.
Nope, and now I can’t see the ones I Dled from my fileshare either, though they are still in the memory section of my HDD…
Honestly, thanks a bunch but I think they’re lost forever, they don’t come up in the system area or in the theater area of Reach.
