Last time I played the Master Chief Collection was about a week ago. Last week I had nearly 40+ map variants and game types in my shared files and local files. I updated the game when I went on Xbox One today. When I checked my file share all temporary, local files and shared files were gone from map variants, films, and screenshots. The only thing remaining was the shared files for Game Types.
I had lost all local files in the past but those files remained in my shared files, so I brushed it off and just re-saved them. Anyone have a fix on how I can retrieve the maps and game types? This is really frustrating because not only did I lose maps that I had downloaded off of others (with NO file share system; makes it rather difficult) but I also had lost custom maps that only I had saved to my console.

Yeah I am still having this problem. I can upload Game types but map won’t stay in my file share. They self delete after a few moments. I have tried reinstalling and clearing cache. Not sure how to fix it.
If I was you I would try clearing my cache and clearing your login and re creating your live sign in. It won’t delete your account it only removes it from the xbox1. After you re sign back in and go through the set up process it will re sync to the “cloud” and you might get your saved data back.
