So, the file share is up here on the site, but when i try to download my screnshots, they don’t download as jpegs, anyone else got this issue.
What do they download as?
Works fine for me. Sounds like your browser might be outdated.
type of file just says ‘File’ with no icon. I’m on Chrome, if that’s got anything to do with it.,

Try putting ‘.jpg’ at the end of the file name. Sounds stupid, but sometimes that’s all it takes.
I use chrome and it works fine. What OS do you use?
Got it working in Firefox, thanks. Bit annoying, but kinda got used to that with this game 
I can’t view my photo or videos or even download them 
Yeah, i take back what i said too, it only let me download some as jpeg’s in Firefox, others still don’t work. So annoying, already had to wait 3 months and it still doesn’t work properly

You do realize that extensions have nothing to do with the file contents right? If it’s not downloading as jpeg, append “.jpeg” or “.jpg” to the filename (ie. if you download it and it’s named ugcuserfile-blarg-full, rename it ugcuserfile-blarg-full.jpg).
