File Share problem - Says I don't have Gold?

Trying to get an easy achievement here, but the game doesn’t seem to want me to. Every time I try, I get the following message:
“You must have an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership to upload files to the File Share.”

I just got the video I’m trying to upload from SWAT matchmaking. I clearly have XBL Gold. What’s the issue here? Any suggestions on fixing it are appreciated.

I had that issue when using the trial that came with Halo 4, if you’re using a trial you don’t get the full access of Gold.

Are you using a free xbox gold trial? Then thats why.

What if you just reactivated your account? Is there some sort of waiting time before you could actually upload your content to the File Share?
