File Share Film Clips?

Ok so I have quite a quantity of film clips that have been uploaded to my file share since the game even released. I can see them on my “View Your File Share” tab on Waypoint. But they’re just static photos of the maps they happened on. Is there any way to view the video itself/download the video from waypoint?
