um, i cant use file share or theater in Reach… can someone tell me why? im totally oblivious to this

Do you have family and/or privacy settings enabled on your Xbox LIVE account?
If you’re not sure, go to the dashboard, then go to settings, choose privacy and then hit change settings, choose customise and then change Member Content to EVERYONE.
