You can’t mainly because there are not Xbox One version for Halo 4. It might be possible to to move it with a USB memory but you cannot share maps from Halo 4 to MCC and vice versa what I know.
Sorry, you can’t do it because Halo 4 in XBOX 360 is different to the XBOX ONE version for being included in Halo The Master Chief Collection.
