When I go into file browser it says my profile is not allowed access it.
Is it my family settings? I browsed around in them even changed some stuff.

You may have had your fileshare banned for some reason. That’s what it sounds like to me. I’d suggest checking out the Bungie.net forums to search for a clearer answer.
I dont think so being banned from just file browser sounds abit unlikely

People’s Fileshares have been banned before for posting modded/inappropriate content. Not accusing you of such things, but simply mentioning it can and has happened.
