I am convinced nobody except low skill players like this mode. Its easily the worst mode I have ever played in a halo game to date, spawning with actual garbage when the enemy constantly gets snipers and rockets when you get ravager and disrupter is so annoying. And you have to play this mode for their event. If you actually like this mode then please tell me why, I dont see any appeal at all.

Seconded, and I’ll include FFA in there. Just symptoms of the horrid challenge system, game would be better with challenges removed entirely and all XP coming from gameplay.
Current system tells people to play gamemodes they don’t like, and then 343 seems surprised when that bothers people?
I’d just be playing BTB all the time, if it weren’t for the idiotic challenges, BTB being broken for a month, desynchs, etc

I mean, the ranked system is garbage but I’m Diamond with very little effort. I’m not an amazing player, but I’m definitely not low skilled.

Yup, that does suck. Everyone has games where you’re getting plasma pistols and disruptors and it’s not a fun time. But then I just played a game where I was getting rockets and hammers. That was pretty fun.
And you have to play this mode for their event.
I played one game of Fiesta and unlocked four entire Fiesta Challenges at one time. In less than 15 minutes I got 40% of this week’s event completed. It really isn’t that bad.
If you actually like this mode then please tell me why,

Is this backwards day? Fiesta is awesome. To each their own but I love the mode. I find it fun switching up your playstyle on the fly depending on what weapons you get.

you hate it so idk what to say. majority likes it. Also then scavange weapons by killing then. its not that hard. or maybe you suck at using most of the weapons in infinite

I said I like Fiesta. It’s the first thing I said. Then I said playing fiesta is fun, not once but twice. Then I said earning challenges in Fiesta is easy.
It’s not really all that bad at all. A bit frustrating at times due to bad weapon hand outs but still fun majority of it even when you lose. It’s probably one of the best ways to learn other weapons you don’t normally use either. I started using the needler for instance way more because of this event. It’s actually much better then I thought it was. Got a few good Plasma Pistol kills as well.
But end of the day, it’s what 343i wanted for this event wither you like it or not.
I even completed the weekly challenge this time and unlocked up to 15 on the event stuff.
90% of these challenge complaints go like this.
“I don’t like the mode or they are too hard. If I can’t get all 21 of my challenges done in 1 game than they are bad. Win a game? What am i a no life? You can’t ask people to do something like that.”
The other 10% that related to BTB are valid and make sense due to the server issues with that mode.

that’s what you sound like. it’s apart of the game, so suck it up, and play the entire game. not just 2 modes. like i may not like playing objective modes, but i don’t mind a couple matches for the challenges

People really don’t understand the purpose of challenges in this franchise at all. They’re suppose to push you outside of your comfort zones in order to try new things. If they didn’t do that, then they’d probably keep all of the stuff in the store for you to buy instead.

The Energy Sword ruins this mode. You can run around with no fear slicing and dicing people to death.
Guess it just means that this event wasn’t for you then. Sorry to have to break it for you.
Sorry you don’t like it but it’s one of my favorite playlist so keep the fiesta challenges going. The only playlist I need are FFA, fiesta and btb…
Nice strawman. The focus of the thread was that fiesta was a bad gamemode. Being forced to play it is the cherry on top.
