Fiesta is organically deranking my MMR to a point where I’m having a few games getting destroyed and then going against actual bots. It’s insane.

EVERY SINGLE GAME I’m getting bad weapons and it never changes. Why is Fiesta this random? It needs to be balanced. It’s not fair.
Law of attraction home boi. Bad vibes on your end it sounds like. Fiesta is complete RNG. You’re paying more attention to the times you get bad guns (which is more likely anyways) than you do when you get good ones.
Nah, this isn’t me just watching me get the bad guns. It’s ever spawn and I’m not joking. I could make a video and show case every single bad weapon I get.
I get spawn killed earlier with some guy with rockets.
Want to know the funny thing about it? I spawned with rockets. Lost them instantly. It may be completely random but it’s stacked against me like you wouldn’t believe.
This complaint that “the game is stacked against me” is not only completely wrong, but also completely main character syndrom and really, the biggest salty guy take. The game does not look at Invoked_by_Red and say “lets give him bad RNG only, lets stack the favors AGAINST this random guy for absolutely no reason” Games dont just do that. Its entirely random for every single person, i rarely get the sword or hammer but can easily pick them up. I think you need to take a breather, realize you arent the main character at the point in the movie where the odds are against him, and just play the game. If fiesta is giving you a hard time. Try a different mode. Calm down, and stop being so salty lol
I feel your pain man. I know this feeling all too well, especially when the enemy team is spanking you then get a scorpion tank spawned for them. I dont think anything is against you i think the “random” isn’t as random as people think. Anyhow, only solution if you want to keep playing?..just sit back, take a deep breath and grind through the slog, you’ll eventually get your turn to pub stomp.
Play 20 games of fiesta and keep track of all your spawn weapons. I can guarantee you’ll come out if this experiment with an understanding of a completely random distribution of weapons.

No need to record your kills. Just okay 20 games and keep track of your spawn weapons. I promise you it will be totally random. You’re just as likely to get a plasma pistol as you are rockets.
It really isn’t. It feels like it but it isn’t.
Last tenrai even I counted about 200 death, meaning 400 weapons. Spawned with rockets 6 times, and sidekick, disrupter and plasma pistol were all over 20 times each.

Yup. I remember back in like 2007 when apple first released their “shuffle” feature for music playlists… they had TONS of people complaining that the shuffle didn’t feel random enough. It was playing songs like 2 or 3 times in a row lmao. so they had to go in there and actually make their random shuffle more “random” hahah

By definition it’s fair. Everyone has the same odds. Not to be that guy but… yeah.
I really hate fiesta in this game. I think a lot of it is the equipment. Someone winning the lottery with a grapple sword is unstoppable
There’s counters. Repulsor is my go to anti melee weapon and unless I have a grapple sword combo myself I try to always run with it in fiesta. My favorite is luring someone in, get a few shots as they think they’re coming in for a kill, then repulse them back and finish them off.
Needler is also a pretty amazing weapon for someone rushing you with a sword or hammer.
If you’re lucky enough to get any of those counters maybe. And they’re not consistent. You can repulsor a sword user sure, but their lunge can still push through the distance if they time it
